Common pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, one per customer: you add a card when you start, nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel from Billing before it ends you pay nothing. Otherwise it becomes a paid monthly plan when the trial ends. We email you a week before the trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current paid period and you keep Pro until then. We do not refund part-used months, except where the law requires it.
Is there an annual plan or a Team plan?
Not yet. Pro is billed monthly only. A Team plan is coming soon but is not on sale.
I'm a consumer. Can I change my mind?
Yes. Consumers can cancel within 14 days of the contract starting. Because Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, cancelling within the trial costs nothing. See our terms.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Charges show on your statement as "APPS365 SHEETFORGE". Questions? Email hello@sheetforge.ai.
