Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using SheetForge.
Last updated: 5 October 2026 · Operated by APPS 365 LTD, London, UK
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are and these terms
SheetForge ("the Service") is operated by APPS 365 LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13955007), whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean APPS 365 LTD.
You can contact us at hello@sheetforge.ai.
By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SheetForge turns spreadsheet data (CSV, Excel and Google Sheets) into web apps with views such as dashboard, table, kanban and pivot, which you can share with a link.
- Building an app: while you build an app, your file is processed in your browser.
- Sharing or saving an app: when you share or save an app, the rows you share are stored on our servers, encrypted at rest, so the link works. They are deleted when the app expires, when you delete it, or when you delete your account.
- How long shared apps stay up: Free plan shared apps stay up for 30 days. Pro apps stay up while you subscribe. If you stop paying for Pro, your shared apps follow the Free plan rules.
- Google Sheets: if you connect your Google account, we use the access you grant only to read your sheets and, if you use write-back, to write your edits back to them.
- Beta features: write-back is a beta feature. It may change and may not always work as expected, so please keep a backup of any important spreadsheet.
Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail what we store, where and for how long.
3. Your account
Some features need an account. You agree to:
- Give accurate and complete information when you sign up
- Keep your password safe and not share it with others
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account
- Take responsibility for activity under your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to buy a paid plan.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Free plan: £0. CSV upload, up to 500 rows, read-only views, shareable links and CSV export.
- Pro plan: £12 a month plus VAT. A monthly subscription - we do not offer annual plans.
- VAT: our prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your location, calculated by Stripe Tax. Business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout.
- Billing: Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Payments: payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and Stripe, Inc.). We never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your card statement as "APPS365 SHEETFORGE".
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If we cannot collect payment, your account may return to the Free plan.
A Team plan is not on sale yet. We will publish its price and features when it launches.
5. Pro free trial
- Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. There is one free trial per customer.
- We take your card details when the trial starts, but nothing is charged during the trial.
- When the trial ends, it becomes a paid monthly Pro subscription automatically and your card is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- We email you a reminder a week before your trial ends.
- If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
6. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account.
- Cancelling stops future payments. It takes effect at the end of your current paid period (or at the end of your trial), and you keep Pro until then.
- After that your account returns to the Free plan. Pro features stop working and your shared apps follow the Free plan rules.
- We do not give refunds for part-used months, except where the law requires it (for example under your consumer right to cancel below, or if the Service is faulty).
7. Your right to cancel as a consumer
If you are a consumer (buying for yourself, not for your business), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel within 14 days of the day your contract with us starts, without giving a reason.
Because Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, cancelling within the trial costs you nothing.
If you subscribe without a trial (for example because you have already had one), you can still cancel within 14 days. Because you asked us to start Pro straight away, we will refund what you paid, less a fair amount for the days of Pro you used before cancelling.
To cancel, use Billing in your account or email hello@sheetforge.ai with a clear statement that you want to cancel.
8. Price changes
We may change our prices. If we change the price of your subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. The new price starts from your first billing date after that notice period. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it applies.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, process or share content that is illegal, harmful or infringes anyone else's rights
- Share personal data you do not have a lawful basis to share
- Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Send spam, malware or other malicious content
- Scrape, copy or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
We may suspend or close accounts, or take down shared apps, that break these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
10. Your data and our intellectual property
You keep ownership of your spreadsheet data. You give us permission to store and process the data you share or save only so we can provide the Service to you. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share that data, including any personal data in it.
The SheetForge software, design and content belong to APPS 365 LTD or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them other than to use the Service.
11. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer, we must provide the Service with reasonable care and skill and as described, and you have legal rights if we do not. The rest of this section applies only as far as the law allows.
We work hard to keep the Service running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free from errors. Apart from the rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded, the Service is provided "as is".
If you use the Service for business purposes, we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data, including the cookies we use and your rights under UK GDPR.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will email registered users at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
