Billing - invoices, VAT, and payment methods

Payment methods

SheetForge accepts debit and credit cards through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and Stripe, Inc.). We never see or store your full card details. Charges show on your card statement as APPS365 SHEETFORGE.

Finding your invoices

Go to Billing in your account and open the billing portal to see and download your invoices.

VAT

Our prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your location, calculated by Stripe Tax. Business customers can enter a VAT number at checkout.

Currency

SheetForge charges in GBP (British pounds).

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and we will let you know by email. If we cannot collect payment, your account may return to the Free plan.
