Embedding your app in a website

Sharing & Embedding Updated 14 Oct 2026 30 views

Getting the embed code

  1. Build your app on the generator page
  2. Click Share
  3. In the share window, copy the embed code

The embed code

The embed code is an iframe that points at your share link, like this:

<iframe
  src="https://sheetforge.ai/preview/abc123"
  width="100%"
  height="600"
  frameborder="0"
  allowfullscreen>
</iframe>

Customising the embed

You can adjust the width and height attributes to fit your page layout. For responsive embeds, set width="100%" and use CSS to control the container height.

Compatible platforms

The embed works on websites that allow iframes, such as WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace and plain HTML pages. Some platforms block iframes from other sites - check your platform settings if the app does not appear.

An embedded app follows the same rules as its share link, including how long it stays up (30 days on Free, while you subscribe on Pro).
