Exporting your data (GDPR)
Exporting app data
Every app has a CSV Export button. Click it to download the current dataset (all rows, current filters applied) as a CSV file. This is available on all plans at any time.
Requesting your personal data
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@sheetforge.ai with "Data request" in the subject line. We will reply within one month.
Deleting your account
- Go to your Profile page
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
When you delete your account, your account details, your shared apps and the data in them are deleted. If you have a Pro subscription, it is cancelled.
Data retention
Free plan shared apps stay up for 30 days. Pro apps stay up while you subscribe, or until you delete them. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months. Billing records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires (normally 6 years). See our privacy policy.
